Table Talks - Non-Dues Revenue, Membership and Board Governance
An interactive session designed for open conversation, problem solving and practical idea-sharing.
In small groups, we’ll be talking about non-dues revenue, membership and governance. Afterwards, we’ll come together as a group to share best practices and creative solutions. Questions to spark discussion will be provided.
Keynote: Essential Skills Needed to Succeed in Today's Environment with Rob McIntyre, Dale Carnegie Training
During this high-energy, participative session, we will identify and begin to explore the essential skills needed to succeed in today’s ever-changing environment.
Essential skills that include:
- How to Become and Maintain a More Empowering Attitude (Confidence, Courage and Positivity)
- How to Build Stronger Relationships
- How to Respond the Change more Effectively
- How to Understand and Influence
- How to Communicate more Effectively.
A strong non‑profit sector fuels a strong business community. When grants flow into local organizations, they create jobs, purchase services, and drive more customers and activity into the local economy—directly strengthening the businesses around them.
Keynote: Financial Literacy for Chamber Staff Members with Chris Esau
A concise, practical session focused on strengthening financial decision-making at the chamber board level. This discussion will highlight key financial fundamentals, common risk areas, and simple tools leaders can use to improve oversight, sustainability, and long-term impact.
